Great Staff, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement

I stayed for two nights and found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly. The spacious room came with a full kitchen which was convenient for my needs. However, I was disappointed to find cockroaches in my room, which detracted significantly from my experience. Better housekeeping would improve the stay immensely.

The room was cozy and we loved the nice outdoor swimming pool for relaxing in the evenings. It was great to unwind on the sun terrace as well, enjoying the warm Florida weather. The only hiccup was the WiFi being a little spotty at times, but overall, we had a wonderful time! 😊

Had an awesome trip with friends! We visited Universal Studios and the incredible SeaWorld, enjoying every moment of rides and shows. Our room was spacious with a nice kitchen, perfect for our needs. The pool and fitness center were great too. The staff were helpful, and it’s close to all the action. Just keep in mind the limited breakfast options and that housekeeping is every 7 days.
